CHIEFS

IS CHIEFS OFF THE TITLE RACE?

                                                                                              BY Mulidzwi Rabelani

Kaizer chiefs played Vasco dagama this week and they were held to a draw after 90 minutes play at Cape Town, Athlone stadium on Tuesday.
Chiefs threw away  their opportunity of being on the top of the league for the first time in this season by drawing that game on Tuesday, Chiefs are still the third on the league with 45 points 4 points behind Orlando pirates who are on the top the league.
Jimmy skipper Tau told the media that their keeping their head up and their focusing on their game with Free State stars on Friday. He also said that no one is going to do chiefs favours so they have to bounce back their winning ways in order for them to win the league.
Chiefs is coming to this game with their captain back Jimmy Tau on the field after missing their game with Vasco Dagama ,after picking up the third yellow card on their game with Orlando Pirates last week.
Also their middle fielder Simpiwe Tshabalala will be back after he was  suffering from a hamstring injury he sustained during their game with Orlando Pirates last week Saturday.
But they won’t have their striker Junior  Motaung after picking up the third yellow card on their game against Vasco Dagama on Tuesday. Chiefs will have to put more focus on this seven left ahead them without losing so that they can win the league.
